-I agree that, by refusing to pay the agreed amount for services and purchased products to TechWizard in U.S. Dollars upon the completion of the selected service(s), I am not entitled to any further services by TechWizard until the aforementioned due amount is paid in full in U.S. Dollars.

-I agree that, upon request for a full or partial refund, TechWizard reserves the full and undeniable right to examine any serviced devices, devices used for services, or bought products for any defects in service before a refund is issued, and reserves the right to do so at it's own availability. At that point, the issuance of a refund is at the complete discretion of TechWizard.

-I agree that TechWizard reserves the full right to deny any customer a full or partial refund.

-I agree that, upon the issuance of a refund, TechWizard reserves the right to reclaim any bought products and/or undo any services done to any and/or all devices.

-I agree that TechWizard will only provide a refund for issues due to a service problem. TechWizard reserves the right to deny responsibility for an issue, and thus deny a refund.

-I agree that TechWizard will not issue a refund after 90 days of the completion of a service.
